Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

MA1-7602 detects TGE from virus samples. MA1-7602 has been successfully used in ELISA, and Western blot procedures. The MA1-7602 immunogen is a purified TGE virus 1E11.

TGE (Porcine transmissible gastroenteritis coronavirus (strain Purdue) (TGEV)) is a replicase polyprotein of coronaviruses. Replicase polyprotein is a multifunctional protein: it contains the activities necessary for the transcription of negative stranded RNA, leader RNA, subgenomic mRNAs and progeny virion RNA as well as proteinases responsible for the cleavage of the polyprotein into functional products.[UniProt].
