The Bio SB TintoRetriever Slide Thermometers are intended as a quality control tool to evaluate the temperature of Retrieval solutions, such as the Bio SB ImmunoDNA Retriever Citrate (BSB 0020 – BSB 0023) and EDTA (BSB 0030 – BSB 0033), used in cell or tissue thermal permeabilization procedures for Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Chromogenic in Situ Hybridization (CISH), Fluorogenic in situ Hybridization (FISH) or in situ PCR. The Bio SB TintoRetriever Slide Thermometers can be used with pressure cookers, microwaves, steamers, water baths and other sources of heat. They have the ability to record the highest temperature in both Centigrade (99, 104, 110, 116, 121 and 127 °C) and Fahrenheit (210, 219, 230, 241, 250 and 261 °F) degrees.
