Invitrogen™ TNF alpha Monoclonal Antibody (4F4)

Description
MP390 detects natural and recombinant TNF alpha, with a predicted molecular weight of approximately 25 kDa. This antibody will not cross-react with human or mouse TNFa, mouse TNFb, or porcine TNFb. This is a carrier-free low endotoxin formulation, <1.0 EU/mg. This product can be used as a coating antibody in a sandwich ELISA (100 μg/well) in combination with biotin-labeled TNFa monoclonal antibody (Product # M302B, 0.1-0.65 μg/mL). For Western blot, this antibody has been successfully used in conjunction with 0.02 μg/mL Biotin-conjugated Goat-anti-Mouse IgG (Product # 31800), 0.05 μg/mL HRP-conjugated Streptavidin (Product # N100), and recombinant Porcine TNFa (Product # RPTNFAI), followed by visualization using SuperSignal™ West Pico Chemiluminescent Substrate (Product # 34080). This product has been tested for endotoxins by limulus amoebocyte lysate (LAL) assay and contains an endotoxin concentration of less than or equal to 10 endotoxin units per milligram (EU/mg).
