PA1-9525 detects Transferrin in human samples. PA1-9525 has been successfully used in Western blot and ELISA procedures. By Western blot, PA1-9525 detects a ~75 kDa protein representing Transferrin. The PA1-9525 immunogen is a mix of synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 30-41, 292-303, and 422-431 of human transferrin.
