Induces apoptosis in T cells by activating DEVD cleaving caspases. Blocks TNF-α mediated induction of c-IAP1 and c-IAP2 and NF-κB activation. Inhibits induction of MMP-3, MMP-13, and ADAMTS-4 in cell culture. Alternative name: PG490. Purity: ≥98% (HPLC). Appearance: White to off-white solid.
