Applied Biosystems™ TrueMark™ Respiratory Panel 2.0 Amplification Control
Description
The TrueMark Respiratory Panel 2.0 Amplification Control can be included in respiratory tract microbiota profiling experiments as a positive control for panel-specific amplification.
The plasmid also contains target sequences for TaqMan Universal RNA Spike In/Reverse Transcription (Xeno) Control, TaqMan Universal Extraction Control Organism (B. atrophaeus), and the human RNase P RPPH1 gene. In addition, the plasmid contains target sequences for additional qualified TaqMan assays for respiratory tract microbiota profiling that may be included on custom arrays or cards. Refer to the Respiratory Tract Microbiota Profiling Experiments v2 using TaqMan Array Cards Application Guide or Respiratory Tract Microbiota Profiling Experiments v2 using OpenArray Application Guide for the full assay list.
The TrueMark Respiratory Panel 2.0 Amplification Control is supplied at a concentration of 1 x 105 copies/μL. During real-time PCR, the control can be used as a stand-alone sample to verify assay performance and to help with troubleshooting.
