ELISA kits are ideal for the quantification of target antigens in tissue extracts, serum and cell culture.

The human TSLP ELISA kit is for quantitative determination of TSLP concentrations in human cell culture supernatants and biological fluids (plasma, serum). This kit is for research purpose only. Kit contents: Capture Antibody: 0.5mg/mL of mouse anti-TSLP monoclonal antibody (clone 209A2.03). Dilute in carbonate buffer pH9.6 to a working concentration of 2.5μg/mL. Detection Antibody: 0.5mg/mL of Biotin-conjugated anti-TSLP mouse monoclonal antibody (clone210H1.04). Dilute to a working concentration of 3μg/mL in PBS-1% BSA-0.05% Tween20. Standard: Each vial contains 1ug/mL of recombinant TSLP produced, purified and concentrated from eukaryotic cells. A 7-point standard curve using 2-fold serial dilutions in sample dilution buffer, and a high standard of 20 ng/mL is recommended. APPROPRIATE CONTROLS TO INCLUDE Following is a list of suggested controls to include with each analysis: 1. No capture antibody added to well 2. No lysate added to well 3. No capture antibody or lysate added to well 4. Positive control: use a cell line or tissue known to constitutively express p65 or a recombinantly expressed p65. 5. Negative control: use a cell line or tissue known to not express p65.
