Acrylic turbidity tube features a Secchi disk side scale and drain hose.

The clear acrylic turbidity tube features a small Secchi disk at the bottom and a metric scale printed along the side for easy readings. To determine turbidity, fill the tube to the top, then slowly release water using the drainage hose until the Secchi disk becomes visible when viewed from above. Clamp the hose, hold the tube level, and record the water level at the scale. Repeat for additional water samples, working efficiently so suspended particles do not settle. Higher water levels indicate clearer water, while lower water levels indicate higher turbidity.
