Universal Block is an effective inhibitor of endogenous peroxidase and phosphatase activities and can be used in immunohistochemical procedures to quench endogenous peroxidase and phosphatase activity. This is especially useful in double-labeling assays where two different enzyme conjugates may be used. Use Universal Block to treat tissue prior to sensitizing with primary antibody or antigen. It is provided at use dilution.
