Description
The recommended shelf life for this product is 1 year from date of receipt.
The ubiquitin pathway involves three sequential enzymatic steps that facilitate the conjugation of ubiquitin and ubiquitin-like molecules to specific protein substrates. Through the use of a wide range of enzymes that can add or remove ubiquitin, the ubiquitin pathway controls many intracellular processes such as signal transduction, transcriptional activation and cell cycle progression. USP35 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 35) is a 1,017 amino acid protein that belongs to the peptidase C19 family. Expressed in pancreas, testis and skeletal muscle, USP35 functions to catalyze the conversion of a ubiquitin C-terminal thioester and water to free ubiquitin and a thiol, a reaction that may play a role in signaling events throughout the cell.Specifications
