Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Immunogen sequence is different from the related and rat sequences by one amino acid. Positive Control - WB: human U87 whole cell, human A549 whole cell, mouse lung tissue, mouse liver tissue. IHC: human liver cancer tissue, human colorectal adenocarcinoma tissue. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

This gene encodes a protein containing 9 WD repeats. WD repeats are approximately 30- to 40-amino acid domains containing several conserved residues, mostly including a trp-asp at the C-terminal end. WD domains are involved in protein-protein interactions. The encoded protein may help induce the disassembly of actin filaments. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
