These WedgeWell empty gel cassettes are pre-assembled, single-use, plastic cassettes with combs that allow you to pour your own midi-size gels. The gels can be run in the SureLock Tandem Midi Gel Tank (STM1001) or XCell4 SureLock Midi-Cell (WR0100).

The cassettes are sealed on three sides to prevent leaking and do not require the use of a special casting stand. Gels poured in these cassettes are 1.0-mm thick. SureCast reagents can used to make pouring your own high performance polyacrylamide midi gels both easy and reproducible.
