  • Septa are selected based on the chemical properties of the sample and the temperature to which the vial will be subjected during the analysis.
  • PTFE/Silicone is for use with most organic solvents.
  • PTFE/Silicone is not for use with chlorosilanes.
  • It has good resealability and can withstand a temperature of 250°C.
