The Grainger Approved Wire Rope Locking Stud is a 3/8" diameter wire rope stud with a working load limit of 1,260 lbs. It is made from drop forged carbon steel and zinc plated for corrosion resistance. The stud has a threaded stud on one end to accept a nut and a socket on the other end to accept a swaged wire rope fitting. It can be used for making wire rope connections in lifting applications. The stud meets ASME B30.26 specifications.
