The Loos Wire Rope Stop Sleeve Stop is a wire rope termination device designed to prevent fraying of wire rope ends. It is made from drop-forged steel and zinc plated for corrosion resistance. This wire rope stop can be used on 6x7 and 6x19 wire rope constructions from 1/8" to 3/4" diameter. It installs by sliding over the bitter end of the wire rope and compressing with a hammer to grip the rope strands. This helps prevent unraveling and provides a finished look to exposed wire rope ends in rigging applications. The working load limit is not specified.
