WKYMVm-NH2 is a peptide found in immune cells that is an agonist of formyl peptide receptors (FPR), with EC50 of 75 pM, 75 pM, and 3 nM for receptors 1, 2, and 3, respectively. It induces calcium mobilization, superoxide production, and chemotaxic migration in monocytes and neutrophils. Assists in neutrophil survival and stimulates phospholipase C (PLC) mediated InoP formation. Provided as 1 mg of dry powder. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter,  PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
