A SOLUTIONon of sodium borohydride (NaBH4) in NMP showed increased reactivity towards debromination of alkyl bromide. The enhanced selectivity of NMP-ethylene glycol solvent mixture for aromatic hydrocarbon extraction has been analyzed by gas chromatography.
