Gol-NTR is a Golgi-targetable probe activated by Nitroreductase (NTR), designed for highly selective and sensitive visualization of acute lung injury (ALI) and assessment of its repair function. It has a low detection limit of 54.8 ng/mL, making it suitable for monitoring and assessing the research response of sepsis-induced ALI, as well as for in vitro fluorescent labeling and in vivo imaging studies.
