ODN 1585 (sodium) is a potent inducer of IFN and TNFα production, and a strong stimulator of NK (natural killer) cell function. It increases CD8+ T-cell function, including IFN-γ production. This product has been shown to induce regression of established melanomas and offer complete protection against malaria in mice. It can be used for acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) and malaria research, and also serves as a vaccine adjuvant.
