Designed for pouring flammable liquids, this solvent pump features all medium-contact parts made from durable stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301) and PTFE. For added safety, the Bürkle anti-static set can ground the pump, preventing electrostatic charges during dispensing.
The pump and container can be hermetically sealed thanks to the barrel screw joint and stopcock, effectively preventing hazardous vapors from escaping after use—protecting both health and the environment.
Built for durability and practicality, this industrial-grade solvent pump operates on the overpressure principle. By using the foot actuator, excess pressure builds inside the container, pushing the liquid out smoothly. The hands-free foot operation makes dispensing easier and safer. Additionally, the air hose connects and disconnects quickly and securely via a convenient clip connection.

Repeated hand piston action builds pressure, and opening the stopcock releases fluid with a smooth, pulsation-free flow for precise dosing. Closing stops flow immediately without run-on.
The adjustable delivery tube extends from 550 to 39.37 in. (1000 mm) (21.65 to 39.37 in) for full container emptying and can be shortened for smaller containers.

The OTAL mini hand pump PP is ideal for use in smaller containers. With its smaller plug, it is designed for container openings from 20 to 36 mm (0.79 to 1.42 in.). The pump has a maximum immersion depth of 45 cm (17.72 in.) and is therefore ideal for use in small containers up to approx. 10 liters (2.64 gal.).
The delivery tubes of the hand pump are made of PP, the universal plug is made of soft PVC. The OTAL Mini hand pump is resistant to weak acids and alkalis.
The pump outlet can be turned up to prevent dripping.
The OTAL mini is an economical alternative to comparable models and offers reliable filling from small containers.
BURKLE INC OTAL battery hand pump, PP/PVC, tube Ø 0.47 in. (12 mm)
The OTAL battery pump is a flexible pump with hose, stopcock and dispensing nozzle. Unlike conventional pumps, there is no need to place or hold the container under the discharge elbow. Instead, the flexible 1.5 meter (4.92 ft.) hose can simply be placed onto the container, allowing greater flexibility in positioning the container.
The OTAL battery pump is equipped with a flexible PVC discharge hose, a PP/PE stopcock, and a PE dispensing nozzle. The delivery tubes are made of PP. The discharge hose can be shortened or replaced if necessary.
The stopcock allows good dosing. It also prevents the liquid from running on.
The pump is particularly suitable for filling car batteries with acid or distilled water.
