Use these high-quality PVC-free fittings in biomedical, pharmaceutical, electronic, and other critical-use applications. Fittings are manufactured, double bagged, and sealed in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom to ensure that the integrity is not compromised. An ISO Class 7 cleanroom utilizes HEPA filtration systems to maintain air cleanliness levels of less than 10,000 particles of 0.5 µm or larger per cubic foot.
Quickly and easily transition from soft tubing to a luer connection using these adapters. Luer fitting is a standardized system comprised of a male taper and a female mating part that provides a leak-free connection. A single barb on one end of the fitting creates a tight seal to keep the tubing in place. Natural nylon fittings provide good tensile strength, stiffness, and impact resistance and are resistant to fuels and lubricants. Not recommended for use with phenols, strong acids, and oxidizing agents.

These "Male Nuts" are used to connect polymeric tubing in the low pressures zones of HPLC systems and other low pressure, fluidic uses. Tubing must be flanged and Washers are required to work properly, and sold separately.
Grainger T-Nut with Ball Spring 80/20 15 Series
The 80/20 T-Nut 15 Series is a T-slot nut designed for use with 80/20 15 series aluminum extrusion profiles. It is made from zinc-plated steel for corrosion resistance and has dimensions of 0.625" width x 0.375" height x 0.375" depth. The T-nut features a center rib that slides into the T-slot on 15 series extrusions and allows the nut to be securely fastened anywhere along the length of the profile using an M5 screw. This versatile T-nut provides a simple way to attach components to 80/20 15 series aluminum framing.
