These luer fittings are ideal for a variety of applications, including syringes or small tubing. Barbed adapters feature three styles of barbs: standard, wide-bore, and low-profile. Low-profile barbs are ideal for use with semi-rigid tubing, such as nylon, polyethylene, or polypropylene. All parts meet tight dimensional tolerances for increased reliability and process purity. Hose barbs are available from 1/16" to 1/4" with either male or female luer connections. Adapter, PTFE, 1/4in Thermocouple, 24/40 Inner Joint. PTFE adapter for use with either 1/8 or 1/4 thermocouples. Adapter has an outer Viton o-ring to form a grease-free, airtight seal between the adapter and the listed size of outer joint. The compression nut works in conjunction with the upper Viton to provide a airtight seal between the adapter and thermocouple. Adapter design permits use with CG-145 Keck clips.
