Grainger Threading Tool 3/8 Carbide
The Micro 100 3/8" shank threading tool is a high speed steel insert style threading tool with a TiN coating for wear resistance. It has a 3/8" shank diameter and can cut unified thread sizes from 4-56 to 1"-8. The inserts are replaceable carbide inserts with a TiAlN coating for heat and wear resistance. The tool comes with one DCG432 insert installed and includes one additional insert. It can be used for both right and left hand internal and external threading operations. The tool body is made from M2 high speed steel and has an overall length of 4".
