Sep-Pak tC18 is a silica-based bonded phase with strong hydrophobicity. Its trifunctional bonding chemistry gives it an increased hydrolytic stabilty when compared to conventional C18 bonded phases. The Oasis MCX 96-well plate contains the Oasis MCX sorbent, which is a novel, mixed-mode polymeric sorbent that has been optimized to achieve higher selectivity and sensitivity for extracting basic compounds with cation-exchange groups. The unique balance of hydrophobicity and water-wettability of the Oasis MCX sorbent means you will never have to worry about poor results if individual wells of the 96-well plate dry out during the critical steps prior to sample loading. The 60 µm particle size is recommended when working with viscous samples. The Oasis MCX 96-well plate is designed to be used on many manifold configurations and most robotic liquid handling systems.

Waters Corp GlycoWorks HILIC µElution Plate
This plate is ideal for removing contaminants like salts and detergents from hydrophilic analytes, such as carbohydrates, prior to mass spectrometry analysis. It enables elution volumes as low as 25 µL, thereby eliminating time-consuming evaporation steps. The eluted carbohydrates can be analyzed directly by MALDI MS without any prior derivatization. This plate can be used alone for the purpose of extracting carbohydrates, or it can be used as part of our glycan analysis kit (Waters MassPREP Glycoanalysis Kit) to clean up the glycans released from glycoproteins after deglycosylation.

Advanced protein precipitation plate. The Sirocco Plate enables high-throughput “in-well” protein precipitation of biological samples without the fear of cloudy filtrates or clogged devices. This plate contains a unique filter system, a sealing cap mat and a patented valve technology designed specifically to allow “in-well” processing which prevents clogged wells, cross-talk or leaking during use. The Sirocco Protein Precipitation Plate provides optimum performance in faster processing time by reducing steps in ‘in-well’ sample processing and complete recovery of clean filtrate from smaller plasma sample volumes.
