The TLC plates contain UV254 fluorescent indicator. This analytical soft layer is bound to a glass support. It has a thickness of 250um and dimensions of 2.5x7.5cm. There are 500 plates per pack.

Cellulose is especially used for partition chromatographic separations of polar substances such as amino acids and other carboxylic acids or carbohydrates. Compared to paper chromatography (PC) thin layer chromatography, cellulose offers shorter migration times and more concentrated substance spots resulting in a higher detection sensitivity. TLC plates (CEL 300) are coated with native, fibrous cellulose.

The TLC plates contain UV254 fluorescent indicator. This analytical hard layer is bound to a glass support. It has a thickness of 250um and dimensions of 5x10cm. There are 50 plates per pack. Resolv-Rf™ TLC Plates are suitable for all common separations. The layer has a hardness that is abrasion resistant and can be easily labeled with a lead pencil for clear identification. The dense coating yields narrow bands for a high separation efficiency.
