Biotage DLV (Dry Load Vessel) systems provide a convenient in-line means for introducing samples. The 25 gram DLV plunger's innovative design attaches securely, compresses the sorbent bed and eliminates dead volume. Attachement to any Biotage Sfar column or flash chromatography column with luer fittings is secure. Biotage DLVs work well on Biotage Sfar Duo columns when larger quantities of sorbant material are needed.Compatible with Biotage DLV vessels, part numbers DLV-0000-0025, DLV-0445-0025, and DLV-0825-0025.

Biotage Samplet are designed for quick and convenient loading of concentrated samples.After the sample has been applied to the Samplet, the solvent is allowed to evaporate. The Samplet is then inserted into the Biotage Sfär Duo columns and you are ready to go.These Samplets are compatible with 25 to 30 gram columns and contain approximately 3.5 grams of silica sorbent material. Biotage Sfär Silica D - Duo 60 μm is the ideal solution for standard separations that require a reliable normal phase media and the flexibility of loading the samples in different ways.Sfär means “Sphere” in the Swedish mother tongue of Biotage and indicates that spherical silica is used in these columns. Spherical silica has many advantages, higher surface area, higher loading capacities, tighter elution bands and purer fractions. D stands for Duo, as Biotage Sfär gives you the dual possibility of liquid loading and drying loading, on the column.Sfär columns are quality tested to ensure they meet stringent performance criteria, including efficiency and peak symmetry.
