BioCore SEC is a family of high performance, size exclusion chromatography columns designed for separating a broad range of biomolecules based on size. This column technology involves the creation of a neutral hydrophilic layer on the surface of specially designed, high-strength, monodispersed silica particles, combined with well-established column packing processes. BioCore SEC-120 columns are suited for aggregate determination of peptides, small proteins and related substances.

The Hand-Tight EXP™ Trap Column is rated to 20,000+ psi. This unique design connects directly to any injection valve (with 10-32 threads) or in-line with 1/16” tubing for unparalleled convenience and efficiency. The EXP™ System enables chemists to quickly remove detergents or salts which can affect the ionization process in MS work. This trapping technique can concentrate the sample directly on-line, allowing for increased recovery of precious sample material compared to off-line techniques. Free-Turn™ architecture allows users to change cartridges by hand without breaking fluid connections on the holder inlet/outlet. The EXP™ Trap Column family now offers packed beds available in 2, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30mm lengths with diameters ranging from 1-4.6mm and bed volumes from 1.6-600µL. Optimize Technologies EXP2 Stem Filter Kit 0.2µm (Includes: Holder, Ferrules & 3 Stem Filter Cartridges)
The EXP™2 Stem Filter features a choice of frit porosities integrated with our patented auto-adjusting stem for repeated ZDV connections with any 10-32 port. The slim architecture allows the product to easily fit into crowded instrument compartments, tightly-spaced injection ports and anywhere else an extra level of protection against clogging and contamination is necessary. The EXP™2 Stem Filter is an ideal solution to protect expensive UHPLC columns, injectors, autosamplers and MS electrospray tips without extra-column effects. When tightened by hand, the stem filter seals to 8,700+ psi. The reusable holder hardware also incorporates wrench flats to enable flawless sealing to 20,000+ psi (1,400+ bar). This product also incorporates the Optimize integral ferrule design so that the ferrule is fixed into the front end of the holder preventing frustration and wasted time searching for tiny lost ferrules.
