This VanGuard pre-column utilizes BEH technology with a chemically stable, trifunctionally bonded amide phase, allowing for the retention and separation of extremely polar compounds across a wide pH range (2 to 12). It connects directly to the UPLC column inlet, minimizing extra column volumes and leaks.
