Mono GPC resin is designed for high resolution separation of synthetic polymers. The porous resin is made of highly cross-linked polystyrene divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) polymer with narrow-dispersed particle distribution. The uniformed pore size distribution provides accurate linear relationship between the retention time and molecular weight during the separation. Highly cross-linked porous PS/DVB also provides excellent chemical and physical stability, so the molecular weight calibration curve and column efficiency show minimum change with different organic solvents. With large pore volume, Mono GPC resin offers high resolution for polymer separation. Mono GPC resin is available with single pore size or multi pore sizes mixture.

The maximum surface coverage allows BR-C18 to have exceptional stability, resulting in high pH stability in the range of 1.5 to 10.5.

Proteomix RP packings are porous polystyrene divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) polymer resins with narrow-dispersed particle size distribution. The base matrix of the resin is made of highly cross-linked PS/DVB which functions as reversed phase for chromatographic separation. The phase structure is phenyl and substituted phenyl functional groups that enable hydrophobic interaction. These highly rigid resins are provided with the particle size selection of 5, and 10 µm. In comparison to silica based reversed phase media, Proteomix RP phases have advantages for biomolecule separations with wide pH range (1-14) and high thermal stability. At various column temperatures, the Proteomix RP phases offer special selectivity, high resolution separation with online mass spec analysis capability for proteins such as mAb (monoclonal antibody), ADC (antibody drug conjugate) and related protein fragments.

Mac-Mod Avantor ACE UltraCore BIO C4, 500 A, 2.5 um, 2.1 x 100 mm Solid-Core Columns
Avantor ACE UltraCore BIO columns are designed using Solid-Core technology and available in both 300 Angstrom and 500 Angstrom pore sizes. The optimum pore size can be chosen based on the biomolecules (i.e. mAb, dimer, protein species) hydrodynamic volume. These particle formats are ideally suited for the efficient separation of larger molecules over 5 kDa in molecular weight up to 200kDa full pore size access. ACE UltraCore BIO particles are composed of a Solid Silica Core, surrounded by a porous outer shell with larger pore size structures (i.e. 300 A or 500 A). This particle morphology reduces mass transfer for large molecules. ACE UltraCore BIO columns give a reduced peak width and therefore improved resolution when compared to a fully porous alternative.
