Ecoflex™ rubbers are platinum-catalyzed silicones that are versatile and easy to use. Ecoflex™ rubbers are mixed 1A:1B by weight or volume and cured at room temperature with negligible shrinkage. Low viscosity ensures easy mixing and de-airing, or you can choose to mix and dispense using our convenient dispensing cartridges. Cured rubber is very soft, very strong and very “stretchy”, stretching many times its original size without tearing and will rebound to its original form without distortion.

PFPE 501 is a chemically inert, high temperature, and extreme pressure lubricant. With an upper operating temperature of 250 degree C and vapour pressure of 1.3 x 10-12 at 25 degree C, it is robust, versatile and can be used for sealing and lubricating under the most extreme operating conditions. This includes environments where aggressive chemicals and strong oxidising agents are regularly used. It is PFPE based, used in oxygen rich environments, ultra high vacuum, and has a wide temperature range. It extends equipment life, reduces equipment downtime, lowers service costs, and has expert technical support.

Adhesive and Tooling Compound. Duralco 4703 is a composite of Cotronics' unique high temperature resins, metallic and ceramic particles. It offers the ultimate stability and strength in high temperature environments. Duralco 4703 has excellent resistance to most chemicals, solvents, acids and bases and is easily machined to close tolerances. Applications include repairing and rebuilding worn or cracked composites, dies, fixtures, jigs, etc. Users Report: Bond strengths over 3,000 psi are obtained at room temp. and1,200 psi at 500ºF. Retains over 85% of its tensile bond strength after 1,000 hours of service at 500ºF. Seals high performance thermocouples for use in high temperature corrosive environments. Duralco 4703 is ideal for use as a high temp. adhesive for bonding, potting, injection molding, matched dies, vacuum forming dies, extrusion dies and tooling.
