Dow Sylgard 170 Silicone Elastomer provides moderate thermal conductivity, good flowability, long working time, low viscosity, and flame resistance. The polydimethylsiloxane silicone elastomer delivers stress relief in applications where hard, rigid encapsulants can cause damage during thermal cycling. Application method includes manual mixing, automated mixing and dispensing. Dow Sylgard 170 mix ratio is 1:1.
