MyBioSource Lysis Buffer
MyBioSource Lysis Buffer is a reagent used to lyse cells and extract proteins, DNA, and RNA. It contains nonionic detergents, salts, and stabilizing agents. This buffer is compatible with downstream assays including Western blot, PCR, and enzyme assays. It can lyse mammalian, plant, yeast, bacteria, and insect cells while maintaining integrity of macromolecules. The buffer is provided as a 10X concentrated solution that should be diluted before use. It is suitable for lysis of cells from both suspension and adherent cultures. This reagent allows gentle and effective lysis for various research applications.
