RBC Lysis Buffer (10X) RUO from Caprico Biotechnologies is a 10X concentrated red blood cell lysis buffer used to lyse red blood cells while leaving white blood cells intact. This reagent is optimized for flow cytometry sample preparation workflows. The buffer contains ammonium chloride and potassium bicarbonate. It is ready-to-use, azide-free, and compatible with most downstream assays. This product is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic procedures. It is available in 100mL, 500mL, and 1L bottles.
