ABclonal Technology Safe Red
Safe Red is an ultra-safe, highly sensitive, and highly stable fluorescent nucleic acid stain provided at 10,000X concentration. It is compatible with commonly used electrophoresis buffer solutions such as TAE, TBE, and RRB (rapid electrophoresis buffer) and has greater detection sensitivity than ethidium bromide (EB) in agarose gel electrophoresis. Safe Red has a large molecular weight (~1240 g/mol) and is unable to penetrate cell membranes, rending it non-mutagenic and thus preferred for safety during handling and ease of disposal. Safe Red is suitable for the ultraviolet gel imaging as a perfect replacement for EB, displaying strong excitation at 250~300 nm.

Quick-Load Purple 100 bp DNA Ladder is a pre-mixed, ready-to-load molecular weight DNA marker containing one tracking dye. Tracking dye does not leave a shadow under UV light. Quick-Load Purple 100 bp DNA Ladder consists of proprietary plasmids, which are digested to completion with appropriate restriction enzymes to yield 12 bands suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis. The digested DNA includes fragments ranging from 100 bp to 1,517 bp. The 500 and 1,000 bp bands have increased intensity to serve as reference bands.
