The LAMP fluorescent dye is an intercalating dye that can be used to track a LAMP reaction in real-time by fluorescence measurement. It is provided at 50X concentration and is sufficient for at least 500 LAMP reactions (0.5 ul dye per 25 ul LAMP reaction). The SYBR/FAM channel of common real-time fluorimeters can be used to read the dye.

DAPI (4',6-Diamidino-2-Phenylindole) is a popular blue DNA dye that is used as a nuclear counterstain in fluorescence microscopy, chromosome staining and flow cytometry. The dye binds to the minor groove of dsDNA with approximately 20-fold fluorescence enhancement, with higher affinity for A-T rich regions. Because of the potential toxicity of DAPI, we offer DAPI dilactate dissolved in H2O as a safer alternative to weighing out the powdery form. We also offer DAPI dilactate solid, which is more water soluble than the dihydrochloride form of the dye. APPBP1/UBA3 is the heterodimeric E1 enzyme that conjugates Nedd8 to protein substrates. Nedd8 is conjugated onto the catalytic cysteine residue of UBA3 by formation of a thioester bond in an ATP-dependent reaction. The activated Nedd8 is then passed on to an E2 (Ubc12) to be finally attached to a substrate. Nedd8 is mainly conjugated on Cullins to increase the activity of the Cullin – RING E3 Ub ligases.
