Good for compact areas. It is see through from all sides. The door is air tight when closed and when it is opened it slides into a hide away compartment beneath the cabinet. Safely stackable up to five high. Comes with two shelves and vent holes, four sets of shelf rails for adjusting to low or high objects, "smoke" tinted in color, door opening is 9" wide and 8" high (23x20cm); inside depth is 9".
Electron Microscopy Sciences Multifunctional Vacuum Desiccators, 1/EA
The vacuum desiccator stores grids and or mounts under vacuum and eliminates dust particles and airborne contamination and prevents oxidation. The base desiccator pumps down to 10-3 mbar and can hold vacuum for up to one year. The versatile holder for the storage as well as shipping of samples.< br /> The unit is made from Red Anodized aluminum and it measures 76 mm x 35 mm (3" x 1.4") and has a standard vacuum connection (¼") (6.35 mm) barb fitting.< br /> The desiccators may be used with any laboratory pump including and the EMS 94588 series of pumps. Comes complete with an acrylic lid to enable visualization of samples.

Air Control, Inc. Clean Storage Dessicator Cabinets (or dry boxes) areare designed for the protection and storage of moisture and particulate sensitive semiconductor parts; microelectronic devices; biological mixtures; and sensitive processes. By introducing and maintaining an inert gas (nitrogen) to a near-tight environment, stored parts are not subjected to damage caused by oxidation or particulate contamination. Many sizes and custom configurations are available. Other materials include amber acrylic, clear PVC, anti-static acylic, and solid white polypropylene.
