Insta-Touch operation means that the motor is automatically activated with slight pressure on the center cup head. Operation is smooth, quiet and efficient. This product features a sturdy metal housing that gives a stable platform for all kinds of mixing. It also has a timer that will turn the unit off after a certain time. This timer can be activated with touch and hands-free. This product provides reproducible results with an accuracy of 5% and repeatability of 1%.
