10mm Tru-Stir Stirrer Shaft Coupling, 5/16" Upper Male Coupling, For Use with CG-2047 Flex Shaft. The design of our Tru-Stir stirrer shaft coupling eliminates the need to use rubber hose or universal adapters to attach your stirrer shafts to overhead stir motors. Coupling incorporates a unique helical S.S. spring permitting up to 1/4¿ of offset misalignment and 45¿ of angular misalignment. Coupling is rated for 24 in-lbs of torque without the backlash normally associated with common coil springs. Lower portion of coupling has a nylon adapter with a one piece collar for attachment to 10mm (OD) stirrer shafts. Upper adapters permit the coupling to be used with CG-2047 flexible drive shafts. Male Upper Coupling is 5/16". Overall length of the coupling is 4¿. Supplied complete with an allen wrench set.
