Electron Microscopy Sciences Lab-Tek II CC2 Slide, 8 Chamber, 6 Trays
Lab-Tek II Chamber Slide products offer optimal surface for excellent attachment and growth of cells, easily distinguished by the blue mark. This design allows for the removal of the media chamber and adhesive from the slide, using a separation device. The blue hydrophobic border is raised slightly and isolates the individual wells, and prevents cross contamination. The slide can be coversliped.
Chamber Slide products are sterile and have removable, polystyrene media chambers. Glass microscope slides are low fluorescent (25 x 75 x 1.2 mm) with rounded corners, SuperFrost printed area, and inert hydrophobic well border printed on slide. The adhesive is biocompatible. Polystyrene covers. Glass surface is chemically modified for growing fastidious cells.

Montana Molecular Green Nucleus-targeted cADDis cAMP Assay - 10mL
Measure real-time cAMP signaling kinetics in the nucleus cilia with this live cell fluorescent assay. Add NLS-tagged cADDis to your cells and measure robust signals the next day on a fluorescence imaging system. Decreasing green fluorescence indicates cAMP increase. This assay is genetically encoded and packaged in BacMam for efficient transduction in most cell types - including uniform and near 100% efficiency in HEK293 cells as well as expression in many primary or iPSC-derived cells. The kit includes the cAMP sensor BacMam, 500mM sodium butyrate in H2O, and a positive control receptor and agonist (B2AR BacMam and 10mM isoproterenol in HCl). Other Montana Molecular tools including BacMam-packaged GPCRs, red fluorescent membrane-targeted cAMP sensors, or red fluorescent sensors for DAG or Calcium can easily be co-expressed with this assay.

The broad imaging area of these chambers (12 x 25 mm and 15 x 24 mm for the RC-26 and RC-26G, respectively) provides excellent access for both electrodes and water-immersion objectives. The diamond shaped geometry facilitates laminar solution flow throughout the bath area.
