The thin flat coverglass is the optimal platform for high resolution microscopy and high- sensitivity, quantitative, fluorescent imaging. Leak-proof design eliminates well-to-well cross contamination. The chambered coverglass products consists of removable / reusable non-cytotoxic silicone gaskets secured to 24 mm x 50 mm, #1.5 German coverglass. They may be placed in sterile culture plates or 100 mm diameter culture dishes.

New one piece construction ensures durability and accuracy, featuring an improved Neubauer ruling on a single plateau (1/400 sq. mm). Designed for counting bacteria, sperm and blood platelets is offered in a series of cell-depths (10 and 20 microns). Cell-depth is 0.02 mm deep with 1.5 mm thick glass slide allows for the use of dark field microscopy. 2 counting areas.

Electron Microscopy Sciences Lab-Tek 2 Chambers Slide, Permanox, 6 trays
Chamber slides combine a media-containing chambered super-structure with a standard soda lime glass slide or Permanox plastic slide, sealing the two together with a biologically inert silicone gasket. After cells are grown, the chamber and gasket are easily removed. The slide may then be fixed, stained, cover slipped, and filed with the usual convenience. These slides, once fixed and stained, can be embedded.
Packed in a sterile sealed tray, 8 units per tray. Permanox does not interfere with fluorescent label.
