Cole-Parmer Meiji Techno MA286 Microscope Stage Micrometer, 0.04"/0.001" scale
Use these micrometers to make quick and accurate measurements of your specimen. Eyepiece reticles are available with a crosshair scale or a 10 mm scale in 0.1 mm divisions; stage micrometers are available with a 1 mm scale in 0.01 mm divisions or with a 0.04" scale in 0.001" divisions. Use stage micrometers with any microscope.
Ted Pella Inc Ø3" Silicon Wafer, Type P / <111>
These 3" diameter silicon wafers can be used either as a substrate for thin film research or to make small silicon substrates by dicing the wafer into smaller pieces using a scriber and the Wafer Cleaving / Glass Breaking Pliers. The wafer is shipped in a wafer carrier.
Ted Pella Inc Double 90º SEM Mount, Ø25mm
Double 90º SEM Mount Ø25mm, pin leg fits into FEI, Tescan, ZEISS (also for Philips, Leo, Cambridge, AMRAY, Leica, CamScan, ETEC) SEMs. Aluminum, grooved edge, 9.5mm pin height.
Electron Microscopy Sciences Gilder Thin Bar Square 400 mesh Copper Grid
Thin Bar Grids have been developed using a new technology to produce ultra-fine grids with thinner cross bars than regular grids. The result is equally firm specimen support but with 40% more open area for viewing maximum specimen surface area. 3.05 diameter, 0.8 mil thickness.
Grid: Copper
Pitch: 62 µm
Hole: 54 µm
Bar: 8 µm

Electron Microscopy Sciences Testrite Print Roller, 4" wide
These rollers are lightweight and sturdy, offering fine smooth action, yet they have ample strength to efficiently remove surplus water from prints and distribute an even pressure.
Width: 4"
Electron Microscopy Sciences Quantifoil Holey Carbon Film R 1.2/1.3 on Copper 300 mesh Grid
QUANTIFOIL is a perforated support foil with pre-defined hole size, shape and arrangement. It has advantages in electron microscopy (EM) or low-energy electron point source (LEEPS) microscopy when compared with conventional holey film.
QUANTIFOIL with circular holes is used in cryo-electron tomographic reconstruction. The roundness of the holes is advantageous with respect to the formation of an ice layer of constant thickness. The whole size chosen depends on the magnification used, and on whether or not one wishes to include support film in the image. Assessment of the image quality is easier when foil is included in the picture, because the power spectrum of a foil is stronger than that of unsupported ice.
