Data logger accessories include items used to enhance the capabilities of the devices or replacement sensors and other parts. Although most data loggers come complete with any necessary parts and software, accessories and replacement parts are often also available.
Data logger accessories may include data processing and statistical software, power supplies or batteries, new or replacement probes or sensors, interface cables, alarm systems, and other products that enhance the usability of the data logger.

Maximum error for probe assembly is 1.1C + 0.12% of reading below 300F, 0.35% of reading above 300F. Alpha coefficient is 0.003850 //C (DIN IEC 751). Resistance at ice point (0C) is 100 . Note: Time constant is the time required to reach 63.2% of the new reading. To determine how long it will take to reach 99% of the new reading multiply the time constant by five. Note: the temperature range is for the probe tip only. The handle material may be affected if the probe is rated higher than the handle depending on exposure time, application, and handle material. ABS handles are rated to 220F (104C); PVC handles are rated to 200F (93C); Stainless Steel handles are rated at 450F (232C); Mini Connectors are rated to 392F (200C).
Cole-Parmer Digi-Sense Type-K, Kapton-Insulated Probe, Mini-Connector, Exposed, 5ft 30 -Gauge, 6 Pk
These flexible Kapton insulated probes are for faster response time than most insulated wire probes and ideal for checking food temperatures. Response Time: 0.35 seconds or greater. All insulated-wire probes include straight insulated cable with no handle and feature ANSI color-coded mini connectors: type J - black, type K - yellow, and type T - blue.
