MicroMist DC Nebulizer 0.2 mL/min, includes UniFit Connector with 0.50mm ID x 1.6mm OD x 700mm long tubing (1 pc.) and DC Gas Fitting Type 22 with ratchet connector (1 pc.). Compatible with Perkin Elmer Elan/NexION 300/350.Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 1.0L/min and sample flow rate is 0.2mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 0.2mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read ~40 psi at 1.0L/min gas flow rate. Can tolerate up to 15% TDS. MicroMist is the standard configuration for many ICP manufacturers due to its excellent sensitivity and precision at low flow rates. Replacement parts include P/Ns 502702959 and 502703069.Recommend maintenance tools are Fluka RBS25 (P/N NC9000117) and Eluo Nebulizer Cleaning Tool (P/N NC9462559).
