The Micro 100 16R736 is a 1/4" diameter, 3/4" long, 4 flute carbide thread mill with a right hand spiral flute. It has a TiAlN coating and can cut 60-62 HRC materials. The thread mill has a 1/4"-28 UNF shank and can cut thread sizes from #10-24 through 1/4"-28. It has a neck relief below the thread for improved chip flow. The thread mill is made in the USA and has AlTiN nano coating for heat and wear resistance when cutting steel alloys.
