Compatible with Shimadzu 2030 ICP-MS.Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 0.7L/min & sample flow rate is 0.1min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 0.1mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas & sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read ~40 psi at 0.7L/min gas flow rate. OpalMist is made from high purity PFA resulting in the lowest background & exceptional resistance to HF.
