DuraMist DC Nebulizer 0.4mL/min, includes UniFit Connector with 0.50mm ID x 1.3mm OD x 700mm long tubing (1 pc) and DC Gas Fitting Type 13 with ratchet connector (1 pc). Compatible with Agilent 5100/5110/5800/5900 and Analytik Jena ICP-OES.Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 0.7L/min & sample flow rate is 0.4mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 0.4mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas & sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read ~40 psi at 0.7L/min gas flow rate. DuraMist is an economical inert nebulizer for high-precision analysis & the highest tolerance to TDS, up to 30%. Made from PEEK, it tolerates up to 5% HF.Replacement parts include P/Ns NC1625341 and 501907289.Recommend nebulizer maintenance tools are Fluka RBS25 (P/N NC9000117) & Eluo Nebulizer Cleaning Tool (P/N 501907353). Twister spray chamber with aux gas port, Helix CT locking screw & seal, UniFit with 1.6mm OD x 0.75mm ID x 700mm long tube & 13mm ball joint clip (1 ea). Made of borosilicate glass, 50mL volume. Compatible with PerkinElmer Elan DRC series.The Twister features a baffle, which efficiently removes larger droplets, producing a smaller mean droplet size entering the plasma. Resulting in a more robust plasma, making the Twister an excellent choice for applications requiring the best possible precision & for both high TDS or organic sample matrices.The unique Helix CT interface consists of two parts, a ConstantTorque Locking Screw & chemically inert PressFit ferrule. Compatible with Vista/700-ES Series ICP-OES, 4100/4200 MP-AES.Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 0.7L/min and sample flow rate is 1.0mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 1.0mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read approximately 40 psi at 0.7L/min gas flow rate. Compatible with Agilent 5100/5110/5800/5900 and Analytik Jena ICP-OES.Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 0.7L/min and sample flow rate is 0.05mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 0.05mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read ~40 psi at 0.7L/min gas flow rate. Can tolerate up to 15% TDS. MicroMist is the standard configuration for many ICP manufacturers due to its excellent sensitivity and precision at low flow rates.
