Protein A/G coupled PuroMAG superparamagnetic beads are suitable for fast and efficient capture of a wide range of Ig’s. Protein A/G shows varying affinity for Ig’s from different species and for different isotypes within a species (see the Table in the Info section).
During the purification the sample containign Ig's is first mixed with PuroMAG Protein A/G coated beads. During 30 min incubation the Ig’s bind to PuroMAG-PRAG beads via their Fc region. The samples are then placed on a magnetic rack for pull-down and washhing to produce a purified compelex of antibodies bound to Protein A/G beads. Bound antibodies can then be covalently cross linked to bead-immobilized Protein A/G to get a very stable bead-antibody

The NEB Luna Universal Probe qPCR Master Mix is a 2X reaction mix optimized for real-time qPCR detection and quantitation of target DNA sequences using hydrolysis probes. It contains Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase and has been formulated with a unique passive reference dye that is compatible across a variety of instrument platforms (including those that require a high or low ROX reference signal). It also features dUTP for carryover prevention and a non-fluorescent, visible dye to monitor reaction setup. This dye does not spectrally overlap fluorophores commonly used for qPCR and will not interfere with real-time detection. The master mix formulation is supplied at 2X concentration and contains all PCR components required for amplification and quantitation of DNA except primers/probes and DNA template. Genomic DNA or cDNA of interest can be quantitated with Luna qPCR and existing as well as commercial qPCR assay primer/probe sequences can be used.

ABScript III One Step RT-qPCR Probe Kit with UDG V5 is a universal kit for one step RT-qPCR reactions using the probe method. This kit uses RNA as the template, reverse transcription and PCR reactions can be performed continuously in the same tube, which improves the detection throughput. This kit introduces the dUTP/UDG anti-contamination system, heat-sensitive UDG can rapidly degrade U-containing contaminants at room temperature; and the heat-sensitive UDG is rapidly inactivated during reverse transcription at 50℃, which will not affect the efficiency and sensitivity of RT-qPCR. The reaction system can perform real-time detection of amplified products and improve the detection sensitivity, which is very suitable for the detection of trace RNA such as RNA viruses.

PuroSPIN™ Total RNA Purification Kit, 50 Preps
PuroSPIN™ Total RNA Purification Kitis designed to purify total RNA from bacteria, mammalian cells, yeast, or animal tissue. It greatly simplifies the extraction process by incorporating a convenient easy-to-use extraction technology based on nucleic acid binding silica spin-columns. The RNA is first released form the cells by the treatment with the Lysis Buffer LB-R. For RNA extraction from bacterial cell the lysis step is preceded by the treatment with the Lysozyme enzyme to disrupt bacterial cell wall. RNA is then loaded onto silica-based spin columns and washed to remove protein, salt and other contaminants. The kit includes on-column DNase I digestion step to remove any contaminating DNA. Finally, purified RNA is eluted from the column into a clean microcentrifuge tube in Elution Buffer EB, or nuclease-free water.
