PuroSPIN™ Plasmid Miniprep Kit is designed to provide simple and easy-to-use method for extraction and purification of plasmid DNA from cultured bacterial cells. The purification technology is based on plasmid binding to silica spin-columns, which allows efficient removal of genomic DNA, protein, salt and other contaminants. Silica spin columns offer faster, simpler and safer alternative to traditional nucleic acid purification techniques such as phenol-chloroform extraction. PuroSPIN™ buffer formulations produce highly purified plasmid DNA product for downstream applications, such as transfection, enzymatic digestion, or PCR.

PuroMAG™ Silica-Coated Magnetic Beads, 10 mg/mL, 24 mL
PuroMAG™ Silica-Coated Magnetic Beads are optimized for nucleic acid binding. Silica coating effectively adsorbs DNA or RNA nucleic acids under high salt conditions. Nucleic acids can then be washed to remove impurities such as proteins and salts, and finally eluted into elution buffer or water. The eluted sample can then be used for such downstream applications as qPCR, or sequencing.
Strong magnetic core allows PuroMAG™ Silica-Coated Magnetic Beads to be separated out of solution with magnets in under 30 seconds. This allows for easy processing with magnetic racks, removing the need for a centrifuge.
PuroMAG™ Magnetic bead technology can also be used with automated extraction systems for high throughput nucleic acid purification.
ABclonal Technology dNTPs (10 mM each)
dNTPs (Deoxynucleotide Solution Mix) is an equimolar solution of ultrapure dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP. The solution contains 10 mM each of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP. Each vial contains 10 μmol in a volume of 1 ml. A small pack contains 1 vial of 1 ml and a large pack contains 5 vials of 1 ml. Supplied in: Ultrapure water as a sodium salt at pH 7.5.
