A variant of this medium, CTL-Test B(TM), has been specially formulated for B cell ELISPOT assays. CTL-Test(TM) Medium is available in 100ml or 500ml bottles. The 100ml bottles are convenient for average-sized experiments, avoiding the need for sterile filtration, saving the cost of filters.
