STEMCELL Technologies Human Peripheral Blood Gamma Delta T Cells, Frozen
Gamma delta T cells (TCRγδ+CD3+) are isolated from peripheral blood using negative immunomagnetic separation and cryopreserved in animal component-free CryoStor®CS10 medium (Catalog #07930). Cells are obtained using Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved consent forms and protocols. Additional documentation, high-resolution HLA typing (Class I and Class II alleles), and viral screening status are available upon request. Acid-citrate-dextrose solution A (ACDA) is added during collection as an anticoagulant.

Cell Systems Corporation Primary Human Glomerular Mesangial Cells (ACBRI 127 V)
Primary Human Glomerular Mesangial Cells (ACBRI 127 V) were initiated by elutriation of dispase dissociated decapsulated glomeruli isolated from normal human cortical kidney tissue. Unlike cells from other providers, our cells are isolated without antibody labels. Each vial contains ~1 x 10^6 cells with 85-92% viability under ideal conditions. They are available at Passage 3 (<12 cumulative population doublings) and will initiate a Passage 4 cell culture in a 75 cm2 flask. Each vial of cells is shipped with Bac-Off (antibiotic) and CultureBoost (animal derived growth factors) at no additional cost.
