INTACT GENOMICS INC ig-Fusion™ Cloning Kit 100 Reactions
Intact Genomics proprietary ig-Fusion™ cloning technology is a simple, rapid, and highly efficient cloning kit that allows direct cloning of any PCR product(s) into any linearized expression vector at any site. The PCR fragments can be generated by Intact Genomics high-fidelity Pfu DNA polymerase or other high-fidelity DNA polymerases, with primers having 15 to 18 bases of homology at their linear ends to the site of fusion. The linearized vector can be generated by PCR or restriction enzymes. Multiple DNA fragments can be assembled simultaneously and cloned into one construct in a single reaction step using the ig-Fusion™ cloning kit. INTACT GENOMICS INC Quick10™ Cloning Kit 6 Reactions
Intact Genomics (IG) Quick10™ Cloning kit and DirectPlate technologies provide fast, efficient, and accurate cloning. The kit uses homologous assembly for nearly 100% accuracy, enabling direct cloning of one or two DNA fragments (<6 kb) into linearized IG AmpR/KanR-pCR vector (4 kb, included). PCR fragments are generated with IG High Fidelity i7 or other high-fidelity DNA polymerases, requiring primers with 12–15 bases of vector homology. Unpurified PCR products are diluted 5–10× in buffer and directly assembled with vector in 7 minutes at 37 °C, followed by a 3-minute transformation on ice using IG DirectPlate XL DH10B competent cells (provided). DirectPlate eliminates heat shock, long incubations, and outgrowth steps. DNA/PCR products can be cloned and transformed in ~10 minutes, versus hours for traditional methods. This system combines high-fidelity PCR, seamless assembly, and DirectPlate transformation. Custom vectors available.
